Find your way
Deutsche Bahn offers fast train connections from all major German cities. Coming from Switzerland, you most probably need to change in Basel, although there are some direct trains from Zurich and Interlaken.
Our institute is just a 15 minutes walk away from the central train station. When you leave the station, turn left (north) and go alongside the station. Cross the traffic light and continue down the street, then take the second to the right. You are now in Hermann-Herder-Strasse. After approx. 200 meters you see our building at the right hand side.
Freiburger Reisedienst runs an airport bus service (timetable) which takes you directly to the city center. Buses arrive and leave at the central bus station right next to the central train station.
Deutsche Bahn offers frequent train connections from Frankfurt Airport to Freiburg.
